"Customer," "You," or "Yours" pertains to you and any individual submitting an order on your behalf.
"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to Ridgeline Publisher, a company registered under state laws.
"Product or Services" means all services and products provided by Ridgeline Publisher based on your order.
"Order" refers to a request made via phone or email to purchase services or products offered by Ridgeline Publisher. Confirming an order can be done through down payments via check, credit card, cash, bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.
To fully understand your rights and obligations, please review our refund policy before placing orders or making any payments. It is essential to read these Terms and Conditions beforehand.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns on completed orders. If changes are necessary to meet quality standards like for editing and proofreading—we have a revision process in place to assist our customers, as your satisfaction is our priority. If the final product does not align with the specifications provided at the time of ordering, we will conduct a thorough internal review and revise or recreate the content at no extra charge.
Each service package has its revision policy outlined in the service description. Revisions can be requested within 5 to 10 days once the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The revision timeframe depends on the selected package. Revisions can be requested by emailing your assigned Project Manager after the product is presented for review.
Customers are welcome to modify any content they receive from us after the order is fulfilled, as they own the rights to the document delivered in Word document format.
We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis and strive to address customer needs effectively. Refunds may be granted for orders that have not been started or assigned when the refund request is made, but only under exceptional circumstances.
Refunds, if processed, can take 5 to 15 days to appear in the customer's account. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) will be applied. Approval for the refund request will be confirmed by our support team, and it can only be issued using the original payment method used to place the order. Customers will receive a refund notification at the provided email address during checkout.
Refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances as outlined below:
Customers are eligible for a full refund before our writers/editors commence work on the project. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your project after placing your order for any reason, you can request a refund within one hour of placing your order.
To fairly compensate our internal team, we may offer a partial refund for claims made after the project has begun and the client has received at least one round of revisions.
Customers may request a refund only after exhausting all options listed below:
We prioritize timely delivery; however, if we fail to deliver your requested service on time after making at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed once it is confirmed with documentation that the delay was our fault.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the initial order delivery, unless revisions have been requested. Requests made after this period will be denied. Customers should keep the refund timeframe in mind when placing orders.
Refunds will not be granted for minor technical issues such as grammatical errors, typos, word count discrepancies, missing references, etc. In such cases, refunds will be processed with mutual agreement, and the company will only issue partial refunds or discounts for future purchases. The company will not be held liable for delays caused by the client, and no refunds will be given due to a low word count.
Our service pricing and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, even without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party if the service is modified, priced differently, suspended, or terminated.
